Received in 1 day, brand new in its box, everything perfect. I highly recommend it. Recognition via the DJI Mimo app.

I received the product in 4 business days to Portugal, I saw several comments that the device had already been activated, others saying that the product was used... I didn't have any issues of that kind, 100% original, I already registered it in the DJI app, and it came with all the new plastic components. For this reason, I recommend this seller.

Good seller, would buy again. The dji osmo pocket 3 is 100% genuine and original: dji mimo recognized it, showed the serial number, and updated the firmware with no issues.

Communication was correct and honest. They told me in advance that the product would be activated before shipping, and indeed it was activated in the warehouse (a few weeks before i received it). So keep in mind the dji warranty may start from the activation date, not from delivery. It does not affect the use of the product, which works perfectly.

One thing to improve: pay attention when entering the shipping address. In my order the city was missing, and i had to send my address again. Apart from that, smooth experience and a working, authentic product.

The camera arrived super fast, the product is brand new and indeed it is not already registered in China like others are, great, go for it with your eyes closed at this price.

Writing a review for people the that want to buy this and is looking for a genuine opinion. box was beat up but its fine cause the item came safe. it does come in used as other people said but i do not mind as it comes in perfect condition. its in chinese but you can easily change the language. i saw a lot of people's reviews saying that they couldnt connect to the app but idk if its just me, i could use it perfectly. i got all the items mention on the box and all of them worked perfectly fine. it took like 8 days to arrive but again, its fine cause im not in a rush. as long as im able to use it, the quality is still as good as new and that its functioning well n is connecting to the app properly, i would say im pretty satisfied with my purchase but buy it at your own risk, it could differ for other people, i would say i just got lucky compared to some customers on here. if you are still hesitant, just get it on amazon. its best to be safe n spend more than regret saving 90€ hehe

Everything is perfect as described. The camera comes with the Chinese language pre-set, but it's easy to fix.
